About Excelle XL
Excelle XL Fitness was born of the mentality to Raise The Bar. Fitness is a way of life and when we work out, we should always strive to attain our “Peak Output Potential” (P.O.P). The concept is to complete 5 TWO MINUTE sets of a specific muscle group with a maximum of 40 reps per set (which should be to total exhaustion) & a minimum of at least 15 reps per set. 40 reps should not be rushed through and to make sure you dont rush…. 40 reps should take up to 2 minutes to complete, the 15 reps should not be done quicker than 45 seconds.
